Join us for a restorative practice, taster sessions will be held on Tuesday 3rd September at 11am and Thursday the 5th and 12th September at 7pm.
Restorative Yoga gives us the opportunity to practice ease and comfort so we can let go into our own strength. Using props like cushions, towels, blankets and, of course, a yoga mat.
Restorative Yoga is suitable for all ages and all levels of yoga experience (from total newbie to guru). This class will be led by Hannah, you can read her class reviews here.
This class is floor-based and limited to 8 places, you will need to bring a yoga mat and a warm layer for savasana (including warm socks if your feet tend to get cold).
