Workshops to share our experience of the effects of trauma and how we deal with all aspects of our lives. Some workshops may involve signposting and/or discussion of resources.
These workshops last 1-2 hours and are held twice a month, or once a month, depending on the group's preference. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all workshops are currently being held online.
