We are currently in the process of opening our workshops up for a new intake. To register your interest please contact us here.

Our workshops for parents, adult siblings and spouses are each held separately. However, on occasion some group members have asked for groups to merge with great success.

Workshops include:

• Support for family members of someone with a chronic illness
• Support for family members of someone on the spectrum
• Support for family members of someone struggling with their mental health

These workshops are held once a month with each workshop lasting 1-2 hours, depending on the group's preference.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all workshops are currently being held online.
