In these sessions we work together to meet your needs to help you come home to yourself through movement and physiological rest practices.

In the checkout let us know what your preferred days and times are for sessions and we will try and accommodate this.

What do people come and see you for?

Practicing deep rest, building strength, coming back into balance, relieving pain,  and recovering from burnout.

Why book a 1-to-1 session?

In a 1-to-1 session we can offer a tailored approach to your needs. Some clients like to combine private sessions group classes and others prefer working on a 1-to-1 basis that fits around their availability.

How long is a 1-to-1 session?

1 hour, some clients need longer and we arrange this with you directly.

Is there a recommended minimum number of sessions I should book?

No. The decision to book sessions will be yours. For short-term work, the average is 6 sessions but this can vary from person to person; some clients prefer to work together longer term and others may have one set goal that they would like to work towards.

What spacing between sessions do you recommend?

Depending on what your goal is sessions are usually spaced 2-4 weeks apart, but this is dependent on what is sustainable for you.

What happens in the first session?

In the first session we focus on assessing your needs and requirements and together we decide a way forward.

What conditions do you work with?

We have worked with various conditions, but please feel free to contact us here to discuss your needs for the sessions and see if we are a good fit. The conditions that we have most experience of are Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Menopause, Insomnia, Chronic Illnesses such as CFS/M.E, Fibromyalgia, Long Covid, Hypermobility, Arthritis and Osteoarthritis, Sports injuries,  Migraines and trauma.

Some clients would like to address their need for physiological rest, improve vagal tone, or are navigating life changes such as loss or divorce.
