Collection: SEPTEMBER Wixford Classes

From the 2nd - 13th September 2024 we ran a variety of dance, yoga, rest and movement free taster classes at the new Wixford Village hall. 

Our No Judgement® Classes are about starting where you are and they are coming to Wixford. Forget about fitness goals, forget about forcing yourself into positions that don’t feel good, and let go of trying to make sure that every move you make is a carbon copy of the instructor’s, instead focus on where you feel good, focus on moving how you want to move within the setting you are in.
