Join us for a POUND Unplugged and Restore taster class at 12pm, Thursday 5th September.
20 minutes of cardio blended with 10 minutes of rhythmic breathing, mindfulness and meditation, followed by savasana; POUND Unplugged connects mind, body, and sound to create immersive, sensory experiences, unlike anything you’ve experienced in a group fitness class. 2 parts high intensity, 1 part low intensity, we combine rockout with breathwork and meditation to lead into a gentle somatic restore. You will need to bring a yoga mat, and a warm layer for savasana at the end of the class.
